Email Setup:Using Outlook and Outlook Web Access:The preferred method of accessing email within the District is via Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access (follow the link on the school home page). You will then be able to access all email, contact and calendar functions from any machine with internet access. When logging into Outlook Web Access you must supply a domain. If asked for only a username and a password, format the username in the form of your email address, (jsmith@belvideresd.org) then supply your regular network password. If you are presented with three logon boxes input your username (jsmith), your password, then the domain (belvideresd.org). Recommended browser is Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 2.0 or newer. * To find the version of your browser click on "Help" on the top toolbar, then select "About Internet Explorer". * NOTE: We do not recommend using Outlook Express. This program downloads your emails and is stored only on the machine you are using and is not transferrable to another machine. Printing:
