Note: These are the monthly meeting dates, times and locations. Committees may need to hold additional meetings to accomplish fundraising tasks. In such cases, a committee member would need to attend the next scheduled meeting to bring everyone up to date on the status of the event. (Any additional meetings that you would like held at the high school will require a use of facilities form and prior approval from the school.)
