Belvidere High School sophomore health curriculum is spent in Driver Education, which is offered in the beginning of the school semester. The focus of the class is to provide instruction of driving safety, as well as learning the rules and regulations governed by the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles. The program offers the state exam towards the conclusion of the class. The following class outline:
Classroom Instruction--9 week course NJ Driver's Manual Videos Quizzes/Tests State Written Exam
- (Passing: 80% or above)
In preparation for the road test, students need behind-the-wheel training outside of school, with arrangements and any related fees handled by the student's family.
