It takes more than just articles to write a school newspaper. Without a staff of dedicated writers, The Scarlet Scoop would be little more than...a piece of paper. The names of the people on this list go above and beyond the call of duty to bring you the latest on what's been happening not only in Belvidere, but anywhere else as well.
